Fantastic hotel. Rooms are very clean we were.surprised to see such a nice hotel in suhagpur at low price.Rooms had all essentials such as Kettle, tea etc. Iron and extra bed provided on demand. Servce is good. food is really tasty with lots of choices. There were 2 lifts, big hallaway had sitting arrangment,massage chair which was high tech and really relaxing. Swimming pool was cleaned .I would recommend it.

I had the best experience in The Grand Kaushalya. The employees are super helpful and the service delivery is really fast. They have all the basic amenities required in the hotel. I stayed in their grand double bed rooms for 3 nights and had the most comfortable stay. Room service is commendable. Food is amazing, you can have your customize dishes as well. Food takes a little more time to reach your table otherwise everything is really good.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night. The room was good, and the location was convenient, but the service could use some improvement. I was disappointed to find that there was no electric kettle in the room for heating water or making coffee, which is a basic amenity in most hotels. Additionally, there was no dental kit provided. Considering the price of ₹2100+ GST (Royal class), I found the facilities lacking, especially when compared to other hotels in the area that offer more for the same price. Overall, the hotel felt a bit expensive for the limited amenities provided. If basic amenities like an electric kettle, dental kit, or other essentials are not available for guests then attractive infrastructure is useless.
